RUNPE Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy explains how transportation-related services are facilitated and delivered through the RUNPE platform, operated by Siyaram PB Associate.

By using RUNPE services, users acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Services

RUNPE is a technology platform that facilitates connections between customers and independent captains/drivers for transportation and related mobility services.
RUNPE provides:
  • Digital ride booking functionality
  • Ride request transmission
  • Ride matching services
  • Navigation assistance
  • Payment facilitation
  • Communication support between customers and captains
RUNPE does not physically manufacture, ship, or courier products.
Transportation services are fulfilled by independent captains/drivers using the RUNPE platform.

2. Service Availability

Availability of transportation services depends on multiple operational factors including:
  • Geographic service coverage
  • Captain/driver availability
  • Time of day
  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Internet and GPS connectivity
  • Technical platform availability
RUNPE does not guarantee:
  • Immediate ride availability
  • Continuous platform access
  • Availability of specific vehicle categories
  • Guaranteed pickup times
  • Guaranteed arrival times
Ride confirmation occurs only when a captain/driver accepts the booking request through the platform.

3. Digital Service Delivery

RUNPE services are delivered digitally through:
  • Mobile applications

  • In-app communication systems
  • Notification systems
Upon successful booking activity, users may receive:
  • Booking confirmation screens
  • In-app notifications
  • Ride status updates
  • OTP verification messages
  • Payment confirmations

  • Email communication

4. Physical Service Fulfillment

The transportation service is considered physically delivered when:
  • The captain/driver reaches the designated drop location
  • The trip is marked completed on the RUNPE platform
  • Operational ride closure is confirmed within the system
Actual travel duration may vary depending on:
  • Traffic
  • Route conditions
  • Weather
  • Navigation changes
  • Customer-requested stops
  • External operational conditions

5. Ride Matching and Dispatch

RUNPE attempts to connect customers with nearby available captains/drivers using automated systems and operational logic.
However, RUNPE does not guarantee:
  • Acceptance of every ride request
  • Availability of nearby captains
  • Specific waiting durations
  • Continuous ride availability during peak periods
Ride requests may remain unfulfilled due to operational limitations.

6. Delays and Interruptions

Service delivery may be delayed, interrupted, or affected by circumstances including:
  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Accidents
  • Natural events
  • Weather disruptions
  • Network failures
  • GPS inaccuracies
  • Device malfunctions
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical outages
  • Captain operational issues
RUNPE shall not be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond reasonable operational control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate pickup and drop details
  • Remaining reachable through registered contact information
  • Arriving at pickup points within reasonable time
  • Ensuring lawful use of services
  • Maintaining proper internet and device functionality where required
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect service delivery quality.

8. Captain/Driver Responsibilities

Captains/drivers using the RUNPE platform are independently responsible for:
  • Providing transportation services
  • Maintaining required licenses and permits
  • Vehicle compliance and maintenance
  • Following applicable traffic and transportation laws
  • Maintaining professional conduct
RUNPE may monitor operational performance but does not guarantee conduct of independent captains beyond platform controls.

9. Payment and Transaction Processing

Payments may be processed through:
  • UPI systems
  • Payment gateways
  • Banking partners
  • Wallet providers
  • Cash payments where applicable
Transaction confirmations are generally delivered digitally upon successful payment processing.
Delays caused by banking systems or payment providers are outside RUNPE's direct operational control.

10. Technical Service Limitations

RUNPE services depend on:
  • Internet connectivity
  • Mobile device compatibility
  • GPS functionality
  • Third-party integrations
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Telecommunications networks
Temporary service interruptions may occur due to:

RUNPE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform functionality at all times.

RUNPE services may only be available in selected operational areas.

Certain locations may experience limited or unavailable service access.

12. Disputes and Service Issues

For ride-related issues including:

  • Ride quality concerns
users should contact RUNPE support within a reasonable timeframe after the incident.
RUNPE may investigate and resolve disputes at its discretion based on available operational records.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RUNPE shall not be liable for:
  • Delays caused by external factors
  • Loss of business or earnings
  • Missed appointments
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions beyond operational control
  • Actions of independent captains/drivers outside platform governance
RUNPE’s role is limited to facilitating digital platform access and operational ride coordination.

RUNPE reserves the right to modify or update this Service Delivery Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on official platforms.
Continued use of RUNPE services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
